Parking

Park in the parking lot as usual, greeters will be waiting at the path leading to the field to guide you.

Hugs & Handshakes?

We know that it will be exciting to see one another, and the tendency is to hug or give a handshake. We will avoid all physical contact a while. We are going to smile and wave a lot.

Seating

Thankfully we have a large field on our church property!  Ushers will be available to help you find a seat a safe distance from others.  We ask that you please stay 6 feet apart from those outside of your family unit.

Giving

We will not be passing the offering bags during our service. We ask that you continue to give online or drop your offering in the white boxes at the Usher tent as you exit the field after the service. Thank you for your faithful giving.

Dismissal

At the end of the services, ushers will take just a few extra minutes to dismiss by section, starting with the groups nearest the parking lot.

Regarding Masks

Staff & Volunteers:

Hosting Volunteers (Ushers, welcome center, greeters) will wear a mask during their shift.

All other volunteers & staff have one visibly handy to wear for close interaction.

Congregation:

While we are seated outside and socially distanced, masks are not required. Please consider wearing a mask while coming in to take your seat and while exiting, as it will be difficult to remain socially distanced.

Regarding Health

When you come to church, please be aware of the health of your family members and yourself. If you are not feeling well, please stay home and watch online. Feel free to ask for prayer and we will have the prayer team pray for you by name. You know your health best, so please only bring your healthiest you to services.

Restrooms

The restrooms in the church will be available for emergencies, however, please try to utilize your facilities at home prior to coming to church.

Children’s Ministry

Our Children’s Ministry programs will not meet separately for outdoor services. Instead, families will be sitting together.  We will provide a diaper changing tent on the field. We have shortened our service to accommodate little ones. Our online Children’s Ministry services will continue Sunday mornings for those who wish to view our services at home. We look forward to serving your children in-person again soon.
