If cancellation is not clearly communicated on these resources, you can be confident we are meeting.
What to bring
- Bug Spray

- Weather appropriate clothing
- Bible, Notebook, Pen/Pencil (printed notes not available)

When You Arrive
You’ll be greeted by volunteer staff direct students to our check in station. A volunteer will ask your name for a touch free check in. Hand sanitizer will be provided at check in and we ask all students to sanitize their hands before entering.
For vehicles that will stay during group, please park in the upper lot by the main church doors and follow the sidewalk to the patio where youth group will take place. To drop off students, please pull straight up the main church driveway and leave students out the right-side doors of your vehicle to go straight to the patio. Cars can turn around to exit in the main upper lot.
Hugs & Handshakes?
We know that it will be exciting to see one another, and the tendency is to hug or give a handshake. We will avoid all physical contact a while. We are going to smile and wave a lot.
Chairs for the formal gathering time of youth group will be set up in the patio, spaced apart appropriately. We ask students to not move their chairs to ensure proper social distancing. Chairs will be sanitized between youth group meetings.
Staff & Volunteers:
Staff manning mandatory check in stations must wear masks during their shift. All other volunteers & staff do not need to unless they so wish.
While we are seated outside and socially distanced, masks are not required. Please consider wearing a mask whenever it is difficult to remain socially distanced, then remove when distance can be maintained.
Even while outdoors we are warmly respectful toward parents & students who prefer to wear masks and those who don’t. We ask that students come humble and considerate toward one another in the different preferences among families while meeting outside.
When you come to youth group, please be aware of the health of your family members and yourself. If you are not feeling well, please stay home and watch the livestream on youtube. Feel free to ask for prayer and we will have the volunteer staff team pray for you by name. You know your health best, so please only bring your healthiest you to youth group.
The downstairs restrooms in the church will be available, however, please try to utilize your facilities at home prior to coming to coming to youth group. Please note that the bathrooms will not be available for congregating. Bathrooms will be sanitized prior to each youth group.
As our gatherings will currently take place outside, the cafe will not be open for sale. Students are welcome to bring personal snacks and beverages from home. Water will be available for free, as we are meeting outside in warm temperatures.
All touch points will be disinfected between youth group. If you want to join the team who does this, please let us know.
Hand sanitizing stations can be found throughout the outdoor meeting area & building. Don’t be afraid to use them.
