The Dream Team is a group of incredible people actively serving in their gifts and passions. From creating a comfortable environment on the Frontline team, to leading the next generation in Kids & Student Ministries, we are a group living out our mission statement: “Changed by Christ, Changing our World.”
Front Line Teams
Adventureland Security:Provides a safe, yet friendly environment for children in their area of supervision
Ushers: Welcomes guests as they walk into the auditorium, passes out the programs, and collects the offering
Perks (Coffee/donuts): Helps with the food and beverages on Sunday: makes the coffee, sets out the donuts/bagels, and keeps areas clean before during and after services (OPC|M’s “Baristas”)
Greeters: Stands at the entrance and welcomes people as they walk into church. Also, they guide new families to the welcome center to get their children checked in for Adventureland.
Welcome Center: Welcomes and helps new families sign their kids into Adventureland.
Ark Park (Birth-Preschool)
Nursery/Toddler Volunteer: ministers to the youngest of our church by providing a warm and caring place for them to discover and grow (ages birth-two years)
Preschool Shepherd: helps kids discover how much God really loves them through crafts, play, songs and activities.
Tech: runs sound, lighting, and computer content for the Sunday morning programming
K3 Cove (K-3rd)
Story teller: shares the Bible story and lesson with a creative and dramatic flair for preschool and elementary ages! Scripts, props, learning aids, and multimedia additions are always provided.
Shepherd: builds lasting relationships with the kids in an age graded small group. Each week lessons are reinforced through fun activities and creating a caring, friendly environment where kids can grow spiritually
Tech: runs sound, lighting, and computer content for the Sunday morning programming
Game Galaxy: hangs out with our kids for a fun no-prep hour during the 10:15 service.
Club45 (4-5th)

The Rock (6th-8th)
Life Group Leader: builds lasting relationships with the students in an age specific life group each Thursday. Each week lessons are reinforced in a life group environment where students are accepted, belong and are cared for.
Tech: runs sound, lighting, and/or computer content for the Thursday evening programming
Worship: uses instrumental and/or vocal talents to help lead us in worship on Thursday nights
707 (9-12th)
Life Group Leader: builds lasting relationships with the students in an age specific life group each Thursday. Each week lessons are reinforced in a life group environment where students are accepted, belong and are cared for.
Tech: runs sound, lighting, and/or computer content for the Wednesday evening programming
Worship: uses instrumental and/or vocal talents to help lead us in worship on Wednesday nights
Sunday Worship Team
Musician: plays their instrument during the Sunday morning worship service.
Vocalist: sings during the Sunday morning worship service.
Tech: runs sound, lighting, and computer content for the Sunday morning programming
Engage Teams
Van Ministry: drives kids (who otherwise wouldn’t be able to come to church) to and from church for Sunday worship or weekly student ministry programs.
Home Improvement Team: helps those in our church and community with repairs to their home or yard.
Ground Crew: works on the outside of our building and landscaping to make welcoming.
Community Sharing: helps collect food items for a local food bank.
Childcare: provides a caring and warm environment for kids (paid position).
Office Assistance: supports during the week with office duties.
Protect Emphasis: Protect describes how we, as a church community, engage in glorifying God through our pursuit of justice and mercy for those who are most vulnerable in our community, our region and globally. We do this by seeking opportunities to serve the poor, promote human flourishing, and restore hope through the gospel.
