Healing & Happiness is a five week community workshop for adults on Tuesdays at 6:30 pm starting June 20. This workshop will lead us towards greater health and happiness in our relationships with others, and ourselves. We will enjoy light snacks and refreshments in a casual environment that will be informative and interactive. Each week’s topic is listed below.
