Join Us for Ezra 8

Sunday, February 5 • 4 – 5:30 pm

I want to invite you to be a part of one of our most important events of the year – our annual “Ezra 8” day, in which we set aside time to lift our church in prayer and fasting. Prayer has always been an integral part of God’s working in the world and in his people; and we want to be sure, that as we seek to “Know Jesus and Make Him Known,” that we are coming together in purposeful prayer toward that end.

I want to encourage you that this 90-minute event will be something with which you feel comfortable, no matter your history with prayer. As we gather in the Auditorium, we will experience a guided time, involving both individual and small group prayer, along with a bit of worship, that will help us to focus on different ministry areas of our church. And, by the end of it, I think you will wonder how the time went so fast! Then, when we are finished, all are invited to enjoy a meal downstairs in the Student Center where we will break our fast together.

I think this year’s event will be a great culmination to our current Sunday series on prayer. I look forward to seeing you there in person or live online.
