Heroes; we are drawn to their stories. Whether fictional or real, heroes inspire us. They cause us to wonder, give us hope, and leave us wishing we could be heroes. But what makes someone a hero? Is it super strength? The ability to fly? Shooting fire from your eyes? Maybe it’s something deeper.

This summer, we’ll look at heroic characters in the Bible, some who are quite unassuming. As we seek to understand what makes them heroes, we’ll learn how their stories can encourage us to live extraordinary lives today.
