Women’s Groups

STUDY GROUPS

Study groups provide an opportunity to be in God’s Word every day in community. They consist of personal study with the goal of training you to comprehend, interpret, and apply scripture, followed by discussion that’s intended to build rich community within the group.

This summer there are two options for ladies: a continuation from Acts with a Bible study on Galatians or a fun summer book club! See below for details.

Summer Bible Study: Galatians
Begins June 12th| Cost: $7

Join us for 8 weeks beginning June 12 (7-830pm) to read through the book of Galatians. The Galatian church believed the gospel in combination with their efforts saved them, not the accomplishments of Jesus alone (his life, death, and resurrection). Join us as we study the book of Galatians and see how we too struggle and fail to rely on the accomplishments of Jesus alone and how that plays out in our day-to-day lives.

Summer Book Club: The Enchanted April
Begins June 11th| Cost: $14

Join us for five weeks, beginning Tuesday, June 11 at 6:30p to read The Enchanted April. Four mismatched women respond to an advert in The Times offering a beautiful medieval castle to rent on the Italian Riviera. They are each enchanted by the promise of ‘wisteria and sunshine’, and they arrive on the tranquil Mediterranean shores full of hope for a heavenly escape. Tensions mount between the group at first, but, as the idyllic spring days tick by, each is slowly transformed by the warm sunshine and unexpected company.
